At last, the time to order Folks on Spokes Jerseys is here!  The color scheme will be the same as previous jerseys.  The base color is Neon Yellow with the Folks on Spokes Logo in Royal Blue and White.  The fabric is a lightweight moisture management fabric.  This year you can pick a sleeve, zipper length, and taper to fit your needs.  You can also have your jersey sent to your home instead of making arrangements to pick it up at a club meeting.  Prices are, $55.00 short sleeve or $65.00 long sleeve

1.      Bring this form to one of the FOS club meetings at; Flossmoor Village Hall, 2800 Flossmoor Road Thursdays, at 7:30pm, February 26 or (deadline) March 26, 2009
2.     Mail this form to F.O.S. Club Jerseys, PO Box 763, Matteson, IL 60443
3.     Email this form to loferski@ameritech.net, with club jersey in the subject line

Last chance to order FOS Club Jerseys.  Contact Mark Loferski, 708 214-7022, loferski@ameritech.net by Monday April 26th.  Because we did not meet the minimum order for the lowest pricing, the board of Directors decided to hold the order open until after the Easter Ride to see if we could generate more orders to avoid purchasing the extra jerseys.  

Because of the low turnout we renegotiated with the vendor and were able to get a lower minimum order with the same pricing.  $55 for short sleeves, $65 for long sleeves.  Order form is attached to the previous thread.

Anyone who wants one still has a chance.  Every one who already ordered a jersey will get theres soon.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
