When
biking season is over, it's time to get out the hiking boots,
and skis and hit the trails. Here's
a sample of the fun we have on our Folks on Spokes hikes. |

weather leaves many FOS members with several choices of activities.

don't know where you'll end up. |

Starved
Rock Hike
Here are a few pictures from our January 12,
2003 FOS Starved Rock Walk.
Notice the absence of ice in the canyons. Instead of mud
snow & ice on the trails and in the canyons, all that
is there is dust!
It was a fun day of hiking, socializing, eating, and, the
afternoon walkers were treated by having two eagles fly by.
