• Quick release handle, shown here should always be pointing downwards and parallel with the tube to prevent accidental opening or injury to the rider.
  
• Take up pressure on the handle should be moderately tight.
  
• Pressure is adjusted by turning the handle clockwise or counter-clockwise before attempting to close.
  
• Use caution when closing the handle because to much pressure can cause the handle to break off as you close it.
