Starved Rock State Park at Utica, IL off I80 west
Our annual winter hike at Starved Rock State Park. Hike on trails in the woods and along canyons and bluffs.
We will meet at the lodge at 10AM outside the dining room and determine where we want to hike and go to lunch depending on the conditions.
We‘ll meet outside the Art Institute at 10:30. There are two free tours we can take advantage of in the afternoon.

Father Perez, Knights Of Columbus council
Meet at Knights Of Columbus Father Perez council at 3422 w. 111th Street in Chicago at 10:30AM. We will leave about 11AM and walk east on 111th Street to Western Avenue(about 1 1/2 miles) and watch the parade around that area. Afterwards we will return to Father Perez for an after=parade party.
Ben Hecke from the Will County forest preserve district will be our guest speaker.
FOS member Kathy McElligott will speak on biking cross country with Woman Tours.

Hike at 10:30, various rides going out to be posted, and bring a dish to share for the potluck at 1pm. Paper goods provided as well as drinks. Hot dogs, chili and many other great dishes. Family welcome as well as several other bike clubs. Please park in the back parking lot as the Nature Center is open and if we park there it limits their visitors parking
